Lead the branch team to meet admission and revenue targets.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and student outreach programs.
Manage end-to-end branch operations including administration, facilities, and staffing.
Ensure quality counseling, lead follow-ups, and student conversion.
Handle student and parent queries with professionalism and care.
Track daily performance metrics and report to the Center Head / Regional Head.
Maintain a positive and motivating environment for the team.
