We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced
Branch Head
to lead and manage the Ettumanoor branch. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of branch performance, ensuring excellence in sales, collections, customer service, staff management, and operational compliance. This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to drive consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for overall branch performance, ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets.
Drive growth in chit registrations, renewals, and monthly due collections.
Monitor daily business activities and implement performance-improving strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, lead, and motivate branch staff including Sales Executives, Admin, and Customer Support teams.
Monitor individual staff performance, ensure target adherence, and execute corrective action plans for underperformance.
Maintain a positive work environment to ensure low staff attrition.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new customers.
Address customer grievances promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure 100% adherence to company SOPs, audit guidelines, and operational standards.
Oversee documentation accuracy, operational discipline, and branch-level regulatory compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
Coordinate with key HO departments including Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal for seamless business and compliance processes.

Experience
Minimum
5 years
in branch management or supervisory roles within financial services.
Education
Bachelor's degree required;
MBA in Marketing/Finance
preferred.
Industry Preference
Chit Funds, NBFCs, Banking, or other financial institutions.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
MS Office
, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Leadership & Communication
Strong team management, coaching, and target-driving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer communication abilities.
Mobility:
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:30PM
