Job Title: Branch Head - Petals Pre School

Location: Noida Extension

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About Us

Petals Pre School is a leading name in early childhood education, known for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Head to lead our Noida Extension center.



The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall operations, administration, and growth of the preschool branch, ensuring high-quality education and care for children, while also managing staff and parent relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the preschool and day care.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Manage and mentor teachers, caregivers, and support staff.

Drive admissions through effective marketing and parent engagement.

Maintain strong relationships with parents to address concerns and feedback.

Plan and execute academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities.

Ensure financial targets, budgets, and reporting are met.

Maintain compliance with preschool policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduation (Mandatory). A B.Ed. / NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / MBA in Education Management will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preschool / school administration or academic coordination.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.
