To lead the showroom operations, ensuring the branch achieves its sales and service targets while upholding the "Premium" experience that Nexa represents. The Branch Manager is responsible for team leadership, financial profitability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Target Achievement:
Ensure monthly and annual sales targets for all Nexa models (Grand Vitara, Fronx, Jimny, XL6, etc.) are met.
Lead Management:
Monitor the Lead Management System (LMS) and CRM to ensure high conversion ratios from enquiries to bookings.
Value-Added Services:
Drive penetration for Maruti Insurance, Finance (MSSF), Nexa Card (Loyalty), and accessories.
2. Premium Customer Experience
Showroom Standards:
Maintain the showroom's aesthetic and hospitality standards as per Nexa's "Pillars of Hospitality."
Relationship Management:
Oversee the Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure personalized service for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Issue Resolution:
Act as the final point of escalation for customer complaints to ensure a 100% resolution rate.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Mentorship:
Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, evaluators, and support staff.
Training:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate with HR for training on new product launches or soft skills.
Performance Reviews:
Conduct weekly and monthly performance audits for the sales team.
4. Operations & Compliance
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, ageing of vehicles, and ensure timely replenishment.
Audit Compliance:
Ensure the branch is "Audit Ready" at all times for Maruti Suzuki's periodic process audits.
Reporting:
Prepare and present daily/weekly MIS reports to the General Manager or Director.
