Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Head to take care of sales & operations for a Luxury automobile dealership brand in Surat, Gujarat. Role: Branch Head Location: Surat Experience: 10-15 years Responsibilities: Candidate should have a passion for Sales/Business Development. Capable of managing a team if individuals. Aggressive Sales Mindset for achieving numbers An understanding of Automobile industry Handling Dashboards, Daily stock inventory Sales funnel Management & Lead generation Strategy Preferably candidates from Local Gujarat with an understanding of the culture and Gujarati language as well. Brief Details of desired candidate : Experience of about 10-15 years with at least 5 years in a Premium / Luxury Dealership brand or high end Retail brands. Beneficial if worked with automobile brands like Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda Experience in working with Luxury Retail brands Experience in handling a team of individuals Should have a good understanding of P&L and Margins Education Qualification: Ideally Graduate with a PG Qualification in Management Language requirements - Hindi or Gujarati & English is a must for this role
