Achieve branch targets through planned sales and marketing activities.
Manage the full student cycle including prospecting, counselling, admissions, orientation, and support.
Build and maintain relationships with school Principals, Coordinators, and other stakeholders for business development.
Conduct seminars in schools, residential communities, corporates, and local areas to generate enquiries.
Ensure daily sales activity monitoring and smooth admission management at the branch.
Train the team on the product portfolio and available services.
Identify new market segments and explore business opportunities in B2B and B2C channels.
Provide ongoing product and process training to Sales and Operations teams.
Support positive coordination between academic teams and branch staff to maintain engagement.
Maintain professional communication and ensure effective participation in branch activities.
