The Branch Head is a dynamic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the branch operations, with a primary focus on driving sales and achieving business targets for life insurance products.Job Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for life insurance policies.- Drive business growth through effective team management, sales initiatives, and market penetration strategies.- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the branch territory.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.- Personally contribute to sales targets through key client relationships and business development activities.- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers, agents, and other branch staff.- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.- Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.- Oversee administrative functions, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance requirements.- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all touchpoints.- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Desired Candidates Profile:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.- 7 + Years in Life Insurance Company with 1 + Years in Team Management and Team Handling.- Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, and industry regulations.- Proven track record of achieving a minimum business of INR 1 Crore in previous organizations within the Life Insurance sector.- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
