We have urgent openings for the position of Branch Head- Retirement & Pension with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in NPS Vertical. : Setting up Corporate NPS (National Pension System) business for the region . Engaging with CHRO / CFO / Treasury Head / Compensation Head / Decision makers of various companies - to familiarize them on NPS. On board the company on to Corporate NPS . Aligning with internal and external stakeholders (channels / marketing team etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of the Scheme in the Corporates. Tie up for Corporate NPS for their employees and facilitate them with end to end support in implementing Corporate NPS. Onboarding employees of corporate as subscriber of NPS. Tracking and assisting the HR and payroll of the corporate for monthly contribution processing . Conducting sessions & training programs on NPS & retirements planning.
