Job Title: Branch Head - Countryside Express Ludhiana Branch

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to handle complete branch operations of our international courier office. The role involves managing people, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth movement of inbound and outbound shipments through road transport, airlines, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall day-to-day branch operations Lead and manage office staff, riders, and ground team Coordinate with road transporters, airlines, and logistics partners Handle inbound and outbound international shipments Ensure timely dispatch, tracking, and delivery of consignments Resolve operational issues and customer escalations Maintain basic reports, compliance, and operational discipline Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and partners

Requirements:

Experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain operations Strong people management and coordination skills Good understanding of international courier operations Ability to handle pressure and multitask Basic computer and reporting knowledge
