Branch Head
Location: Mohali
Reports To: Regional/Area Head
Role Overview
The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving all operational, sales, and administrative activities of the branch. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and ensuring that the branch achieves its revenue, growth, and operational efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve branch performance.
Manage budgets, financials, and resources effectively.
Sales and Business Development
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets set for the branch.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to tap into potential clients and projects.
Maintain relationships with existing clients while building new partnerships to expand the business portfolio.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, administrative staff, and other branch personnel.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team performance and professional development.
Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular reviews to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
Client Relations
Ensure a customer-centric approach by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Represent the organization at client meetings, property expos, and industry events to build and maintain a strong reputation.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to real estate regulatory requirements and company policies.
Mitigate risks by conducting regular audits and assessments of branch operations.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, Insurance sector or branch operations, with at least 7-8 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and industry practices.

Pay: ?44,829.50 - ?62,891.47 per month
