Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Mutual Fund & Insurance business, including driving sales, driving team, managing operations and handling the client onboarding process. Oversee the daily operations of the branch Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide leadership and training to branch staff Monitor and manage branch financial performance This role requires a strategic and operational leader to enhance business growth, improve client experience and ensure seamless operations.
