Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of branch objectives.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, meeting or exceeding branch targets.
4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage branch budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analysis on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a management role

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
