Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage branch operations within the travel industry. The role involves driving sales performance, managing daily operations, leading the branch team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Drive sales targets for travel products such as holidays, flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages by planning and executing effective local sales strategies. Monitor and control operational expenses, improve efficiency, and enhance branch profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and business partners to strengthen market presence. Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve performance objectives, including supporting recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster high employee engagement, productivity, and a positive work culture. Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving escalated issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Prepare, analyze, and present sales, revenue, and operational MIS reports to management and take corrective actions based on performance insights.
