Sales Operations
Review and monitor all enquiries, walk-ins, and sales pipelines to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
Conduct and review daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with respective teams to track progress of sales and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure stock vehicle ageing limits are strictly followed: 45 days for RD Luxury and 30 days for RD Smart.
Booked vehicle waiting for Retail finance clearance, balance payment must be collected from the customer within the 3-5 days.
Purchase Operations
Review and monitor all enquiries, walk-ins, and purchase pipelines to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
Conduct and review daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with respective teams to track progress of sales and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure proper coordination of refurbishment activities for pre-owned vehicles under the Smart & Luxury divisions. Refurbishment cost minimizing & RF work status monitoring.
Ensure that all vehicle purchases above 5 units are made under the park & Sale scheme.
Ensure insurance renewals and new policy activations are processed without delays.
Oversee retail finance assurance, ensuring smooth customer financing processes and proper coordination with banks/NBFCs.
Administrative & Facility Management
Monitor RF (Refurbishment) completed vehicles for timely delivery readiness and quality assurance.
Oversee all administrative tasks related to the branch.
Ensure proper facility management and upkeep of the showroom and cafe premises to maintain brand standards.
Manage and monitor all vendor relationships, ensuring quality services and timely support.
Oversee stock vehicle management of the branch, ensuring accuracy of inventory and readiness for delivery.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, guide, and motivate team members across all divisions.
Arrange & adhere to necessary training, mentoring, and performance reviews for staff.
Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear goals and accountability (KRA-KPI Reviews).
Financial & Business Performance
Monitor & ensure branch performance against business targets (sales, Purchase, cafe operations, etc.).
Adherence of RD SOP guidelines and strict monitoring to ensure operational efficiency.
Review branch budgets, expenses, and profitability in coordination with reporting authorities.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Customer Experience & Brand Management
Ensure premium customer experience aligning with Royal Drive's brand positioning.
Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain high standards of service excellence across all three divisions.
Recruitment & Manpower Development
Oversee branch-level recruitment to ensure adequate staffing for all divisions, including the upcoming Cafe.
Identify manpower requirements, conduct interviews, and collaborate with HR for onboarding.
Ensure proper induction, training, and team alignment with Royal Drive's values and performance standards.
Drive employee retention and foster a positive work culture across the branch.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
