We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Branch Manager

to lead and oversee branch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure branch targets are met, foster excellent customer relationships, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Drive business growth by achieving targets for gold loan disbursement, interest collection, and customer acquisition. Ensure timely communication with customers, including reminders for gold loan closures. Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve performance objectives. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate financial and operational records, including cash management. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. Build strong relationships with local communities to promote Corton Finance's services. Collaborate with the head office for reporting and policy implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree . Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in financial services or banking. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of financial products, particularly gold loans, is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and financial software. Ability to work under pressure and achieve business goals.
