Position: Branch Head

Role Overview

The Branch Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency, business growth, team leadership, and exceptional customer (parent/client) experience. The role is open to professionals with experience in

preschool management, education, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other service-driven industries

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety, hygiene, and quality standards Manage administrative processes including documentation, MIS, and reporting to Directors Monitor inventory, infrastructure, and operational resources efficiently
Business Growth & Revenue Management

Drive admissions, revenue growth, and branch profitability Ensure timely and accurate fee collection and financial discipline Identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance branch performance
Parent Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new parents Address escalations, feedback, and grievances to ensure high satisfaction levels Represent the organization professionally
Team Leadership & People Management

Manage teachers, caregivers, and support staff Allocate duties, set performance expectations, and conduct regular reviews Foster a positive, ethical, and high-performance work culture Ensure continuous training and development of the Contract employees
Required Skills & Competencies

Experience in
