The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the branch, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, team performance, and alignment with the company's objectives. The role demands a dynamic leader with experience in sales, after-sales service, team management, and business development within the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles, used vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance. Develop and implement branch-specific sales and marketing strategies. Monitor competition and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Service & After-Sales Operations:

Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor workshop performance - throughput, productivity, efficiency, and customer complaints resolution. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to optimize workshop utilization.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants, service advisors, technicians, and admin staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and training for staff. Ensure proper manpower planning and adherence to HR policies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Address customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. Drive CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvements.

Financial & Operational Management:

Monitor and control branch expenses and overheads. Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of branch operations. Prepare and analyze branch performance reports for management.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure compliance with all statutory and manufacturer requirements. Maintain showroom and workshop infrastructure as per brand guidelines. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across functions.
