Job Title: Branch Head Location: Assigned Slimiphy Branch Reporting to: Sales Head Employment Type: Full-Time Role Objective: To independently manage and grow a single Slimiphy branch by owning complete branch operations, sales performance, team management, and customer experience. The Branch Head is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, achieving revenue and profitability targets, maintaining SOP compliance, and delivering a consistently high-quality wellness experience aligned with Slimiphy's brand values. Key Responsibilities Branch Operations Management Oversee complete daily operations of the assigned Slimiphy branch. Ensure timely opening/closing, cleanliness, ambience, and therapy room readiness. Manage appointment scheduling, slot utilization, and therapy flow. Ensure availability and proper usage of equipment, consumables, and supplies. Conduct daily branch checks to maintain service quality and hygiene standards. Sales & Revenue Ownership Drive branch sales targets for memberships, packages, and add-on services. Monitor daily walk-ins, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups. Train front desk and therapists on sales pitching and client conversion. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective action. Implement local promotions and offers in coordination with the Sales & Marketing teams. Team Management & Discipline Lead, supervise, and motivate all branch staff including therapists, trainers, and front desk executives. Prepare and manage staff rosters ensuring optimal manpower coverage. Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct. Handle staff concerns, conflicts, and performance issues. Coordinate with HR for hiring needs, onboarding, and ongoing training. Process & SOP Compliance Ensure strict implementation of Slimiphy SOPs at the branch level. Maintain accurate client records, therapy logs, consent forms, and feedback files. Conduct regular internal checks to avoid SOP deviations. Ensure data accuracy in CRM and reporting systems. Performance Tracking & Reporting Maintain daily MIS including: Walk-ins and inquiries Conversions and sales Therapy completion status Track KPIs such as staff productivity, therapy utilization, and client retention. Submit accurate daily and weekly reports to the Sales Head. Analyze branch performance and implement improvement plans. Customer Experience & Client Satisfaction Ensure excellent client experience across all touchpoints. Monitor wait times, hygiene, service quality, and staff behaviour. Handle client complaints and escalations promptly and professionally. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Lead initiatives to personalize services and track client wellness progress. Profitability & Cost Control Ensure the branch meets monthly revenue and profitability targets. Monitor expenses and control operational costs within approved budgets. Reduce wastage of supplies and optimize resource utilization. Identify opportunities to improve margins through upselling and retention. Review branch P&L monthly and take corrective action where required. Actionable Steps for Branch Success Review daily sales and conversion data to improve performance. Conduct daily team briefings to align staff on targets and service standards. Follow up on inactive or at-risk clients to improve retention. Train staff regularly on sales, service quality, and SOP adherence. Monitor expenses weekly and implement cost-saving measures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in branch operations, sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service industry. Skills & Competencies Strong branch-level leadership and ownership mindset. Sales-driven with customer-first approach. Ability to manage teams, targets, and daily operations independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of service quality, SOPs, and CRM systems. Financial awareness for basic budgeting and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
