Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Branch Manager
to lead sales and promotional activities for higher education programs in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in student enrollment, team leadership, and relationship management with schools and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote university-level academic programs within the assigned territory.
Achieve individual and branch-level
student enrollment targets
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
schools, colleges, and educational institutions
.
Conduct
seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions
for students and parents.
Visit schools, colleges, and institutes to generate leads and drive admissions.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Executives to achieve set goals.
Manage
day-to-day branch operations
independently.
Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain high conversion ratios.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in
sales, counseling, or business development
(education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and local language
.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with educational institutions.
Local market knowledge
is essential.

own conveyance
