Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products, while maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all warehouse activities including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving Oversee the storage and organization of goods to optimize space and accessibility Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork Ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures Respond to and resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety standards and legal regulations in warehousing Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
