Job Description

Leads daily operations, staff, finances, site operations and business growth for a specific location, focusing on efficient building management, client satisfaction, vendor oversight, safety compliance, and achieving financial targets, bridging corporate strategy with on-the-ground facility execution and ensuring all services meet standards.

1. Operations & Facilities Management

Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and upkeep.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards (like CQC if applicable).

Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for services like cleaning, security, and repairs.

Plan and manage facilities projects, refurbishments, or new installations.

2. Financial Management

Develop, monitor, and manage the branch's budget and P&L.

Implement cost-saving measures and control expenses.

Analyze financial reports and present performance to senior management.

3. Team Leadership & HR

Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch staff.

Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.

Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.

4. Business Growth & Client Relations

Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and business goals.

Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community.

Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure high service levels.

5. Strategic Planning & Compliance

Align branch activities with overall company objectives.

Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure all branch activities comply with company policy and legal requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
