to lead our preschool operations. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch -- academic quality, admissions, staff, and parent engagement -- ensuring smooth functioning and consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool branch.
Ensure smooth implementation of the academic curriculum and child development programs.
Supervise, mentor, and support teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets through local marketing and outreach.
Maintain strong communication and relationship with parents.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with all operational standards.
Manage budgets, petty cash, and branch-level expenses efficiently.
Coordinate with the Head Office for reporting, audits, and policy implementation.
Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and community activities.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate degree (B.Ed. / NTT / ECCE preferred).
5+ years of experience in preschool or education administration.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about early childhood education and child-centered learning.
Ability to handle parent communication and build community trust.
