Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Job Summary:

The Branch Head will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning, supervising staff, and driving admissions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient functioning. Lead and mentor staff, ensuring alignment with company goals. Drive admissions, meet monthly sales and performance targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions. Ensure high-quality student experience and timely resolution of queries. Handle branch administration, documentation, and reporting. Maintain discipline, staff schedules, and overall branch environment.
