Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Performance & Business Growth
Take end-to-end ownership of branch performance, ensuring achievement of sales, registration, and collection targets.
Drive growth in new chit enrollments, renewals, and monthly due collections.
Monitor daily business metrics and implement corrective and growth strategies.
Team Leadership & People Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate branch staff including Sales Executives, Administration, and Customer Support teams.
Track individual performance, ensure target alignment, and initiate corrective actions where required.
Foster a positive and disciplined work environment to maintain low staff attrition.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
Proactively handle customer grievances and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Operations, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, internal audit requirements, and operational standards.
Maintain documentation accuracy and branch-level regulatory discipline.
Ensure timely, accurate MIS reporting to senior management.
Coordinate with Head Office teams including Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal for seamless operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% achievement of monthly sales and collection targets
Minimum 97% regular bucket collections
Branch staff attrition maintained at or below 10%
100% compliance with SOPs, audits, and company policies
Accurate and timely submission of MIS reports
Candidate ProfileExperience
Minimum
5 years of experience
in branch management or supervisory roles within financial services.
Education
Bachelor's degree required
MBA in Marketing / Finance preferred
Industry Background
Chit Funds, NBFCs, Banking, or related financial institutions preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, coaching, and target-driven execution skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and reporting tools
Mobility
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
