- Managing Branch with complete ownership of Sales and Operations.r
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, sales patterns in the market.r
- Managing Key Relationships and ensure Business Development in All Segment.r
- Empaneling and Activating distributors by providing timely support on product and skill trainingr
- Regular monitoring & Review of individual productivity of the team members.r
- Ensuring right selling by all team members through regular training.r
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.r
- Daily Branch MIS tracking, identifying and implementing corrective actions.r
- Ensuring smooth, timely and error free branch operation servicer
Education: Any Graduate
