Job Summary:

Kannattu Fingold Finance is seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Branch Executive

to join our growing NBFC operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch activities, customer handling, loan processing, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the NBFC, banking, or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Handle customer inquiries related to Gold Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance products. Process and verify loan applications and related documentation. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer data. Support customer onboarding and KYC verification as per RBI guidelines. Monitor collections and follow up on overdue accounts. Coordinate with regional and head office teams for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of NBFC products, especially Gold Loans, FDs, and Insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking software and MS Office tools. Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation. Sales orientation with a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred). 1-2 years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Finance sector.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?29,630.57 per month
