Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end
Gold Loan operations
including appraisal, documentation, disbursement, and renewal
Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly
business targets
and support branch growth initiatives
Ensure
KYC, documentation, and regulatory compliance
as per NBFC norms
Maintain accurate branch records and MIS reporting
Handle customer queries, repayment follow-ups, and renewals
Support the Branch Manager in daily operational activities
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Gold Loan products & processes
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, NBFC software systems)
Sales-oriented mindset with local market awareness
Ability to work independently and in a team
Qualification
Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Experience Requirement
0-3 years of hands-on experience
in an
NBFC Gold Loan
environment is mandatory
