. The role involves supporting daily branch operations, assisting customers, and learning various aspects of finance, sales, and loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the branch.
Provide information about loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Handle basic queries, service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Loan Operations Support
Assist in loan application processing and verification.
Coordinate with credit and documentation teams for approvals and disbursements.
Maintain proper records of loan files and customer documents.
3. Sales & Business Development
Support the branch team in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
Participate in field visits and marketing activities as required.
Promote various financial products offered by the company.
4. Branch Administration
Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as data entry, filing, and MIS updates.
Ensure proper cash handling and documentation under branch supervision.
Assist the Branch Manager and other senior staff in achieving business targets.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial services (training will be provided)
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector can apply

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,190.66 per month
