who wish to start their career in the financial services sector. The selected candidate will support daily branch operations, assist in loan processing, handle customer interactions, and contribute to sales activities under the guidance of the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
day-to-day branch operations
and documentation work.
Support the sales team in
customer acquisition
for various loan products (personal loan, business loan, gold loan, etc.).
Handle
customer inquiries
and provide accurate information about NBFC products and services.
Help in
data entry, application processing
, and coordination with credit and collection teams.
Maintain proper records and ensure
compliance with company policies
.
Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase business.
Learn and understand the basics of
loan processing, KYC verification, and customer service
.
Report daily activities and progress to the Branch Manager or Team Lead.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Eagerness to learn about NBFC operations and financial products.
Positive attitude, integrity, and team player mentality.
Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any discipline

MBA or PG Diploma (Finance/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
