We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Branch Executive

to join our team at a reputed NBFC. The ideal candidate will handle branch operations, customer service, and loan processing while supporting sales and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with loan applications (e.g., gold loans, personal loans) Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records Cross-sell financial products such as insurance and loans Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/NBFC regulations Maintain branch documentation and MIS reports Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
