Job Description

Job Summary

:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Branch Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the branch, managing customer interactions, and contributing to the achievement of the branch's sales and service goals. This position is open to both candidates with prior NBFC experience and freshers looking to begin their careers in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Service

: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Loan Processing

: Assist in the processing of loan applications, ensuring all documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance are complete and accurate.

Sales Support

: Promote and sell the company's financial products (loans, insurance, etc.) to new and existing customers. Assist in achieving branch sales targets.

Documentation and Filing

: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cash Management

: Assist with cash handling, including deposits, withdrawals, and ensuring the safe and accurate disbursement of funds.

Branch Operations

: Support daily branch operations, including coordinating with the back office for loan disbursements, recovery, and account management.

Customer Retention

: Work with customers to address any concerns and improve customer satisfaction, contributing to customer retention strategies.

Reporting

: Generate and maintain regular reports on branch performance, customer inquiries, and transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Educational Qualification

: For experienced candidates: Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics). For freshers: Graduation in any stream is acceptable; any financial certifications are a plus.

Experience

: NBFC experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a keen interest in finance or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Skills

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of banking and financial services is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Personal Attributes

:

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proactive and self-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
