Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Drive student enrollments for the ACCA program through effective lead management and conversion.
Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
Collaborate with marketing teams for local outreach, events, and partnerships with colleges and institutions.
Track and report key sales metrics - leads, conversions, revenue, and student feedback.
2. Academic Management
Deliver high-quality ACCA lectures (papers as per expertise).
Ensure academic delivery standards, student engagement, and performance monitoring.
Guide students on ACCA exam preparation, career progression, and skill development.
Coordinate with central academic teams for curriculum updates and quality assurance.
Mentor and manage faculty members at the branch to ensure smooth academic operations.
3. Branch Operations & Leadership
Act as the overall in-charge of the branch's academic and sales performance.
Ensure a seamless experience for students from inquiry to post-enrollment support.
Monitor branch profitability and implement measures for efficiency and growth.
Maintain a strong culture of accountability, discipline, and student focus within the team.
Key Requirements:
Qualification:
ACCA Affiliate / Member / CA / CPA / equivalent qualification.
Experience:
4-8 years of relevant experience in education industry.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in ACCA or professional finance courses.
Proven record of achieving sales/enrollment targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, counseling, and mentoring abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Result-oriented mindset with a blend of academic passion and commercial sense.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,228,993.84 per year
