SNO. OBJECTIVE WHY IS IT IMPORTANT WEIGHTAGE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
1 To diligently appraise loan applications in line with credit policy of the organization - UCV To build a good quality portfolio at the branch. 35% ED as per treshold levels
2 To diligently appraise loan applications in line with credit policy of the organization - New CV To build a good quality portfolio at the branch. 35%
3 Support the sales team in achieving their objectives. To contribute to the overall performance of the branch by being an effective team player 30% Sales Objectives Vs Actuals (Annexure - 2)
Part B - 30% Honest Actions
1 Ensure that file is complete in all aspects before the loan is disbursed as per FTR To ensure that all relevant documents of the customer are available in the records 25% FTR - Process
2 File completion as per policy and strict adherence File Quality 35% Score based on quality of physical files received at HO (Annexure 3)
3 Early defaut cases in the first 6,9,12 months
Cheque Bounce cases
NON-Starters / First EMI default cases Portfolio Quality 35% ED% as per treshold levels
4 Completion of PDD on time for the loans disbursed On time PDD completion will reduce risk and help build the quality of portfolio 30% % of On time PDD completion (Annexure - 4)
