JOB TITLE REPORTS TO
Branch Credit Manager Branch Manager JOB ROLE \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluating credit proposals covering financial, business and industrial risk & decisioning of the loan.
\xef\x82\xb7 Verifying the promoter\xe2\x80\x99s track record & ascertaining their credit worthiness.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analysis of the financial statements of the prospective customer to identify the short term & long term
solvency & liquidity position
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure Bounce Rate and Delinquency are within acceptable standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and enforce approval rate and TAT as per prescribed standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and ensure that monthly Branch audit score is satisfactory.
\xef\x82\xb7 Vendor Management.
\xef\x82\xb7 To conduct customer meeting to evaluate credit proposal
\xef\x82\xb7 PDD Tracking and closure
\xef\x82\xb7 Compliance to repayment instrument replenishment to ensure regular repayment of EMI KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Credit Decisions
\xef\x82\xb7 Take sound lending decisions based on available information & interactions with the applicants.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage credit quality and control delinquencies, frauds.
Monitoring Performance
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing performance in terms of key drivers i.e.
o Loses / Portfolio quality parameters
o Cost of credit administration
o Employee Productivity SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate/Postgraduate.
\xef\x82\xb7 4-6 years Credit/Underwriting experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of portfolio metrics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong inter-personal skills which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
