Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Assist in the overall administration and day-to-day coordination of branch operations.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and branch events.
Handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and polite manner.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for internal and external reporting.
Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Support internal communication and promote a collaborative, positive work environment.
