Job Description

- Branch Coordinator

Location: Kaloor, Kathrikkadavu

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Branch Operations: Oversee day?to?day activities of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of plans.

- Reporting: Compile, review, and submit branch reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to management.

- Communication: Draft correspondence, emails, and updates on behalf of the Managing Director (MD).

- Scheduling: Arrange and confirm meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder visits.

- Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of branch reports, data accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.

- Stakeholder Liaison: Interact with internal teams, partners, and external agencies.

Required Qualifications

- MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a recognized university.

- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).

- Minimum 2years of experience in operations/administration (EdTech background preferred).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.

Desired Skills

- Prior exposure to EdTech / online learning platforms.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Proactive problem?solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
