Job Description

Administrative and operational support:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage stock and supplies, handle mail, and maintain records like attendance and payroll information.

Customer service:

Act as a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Staff coordination:

Schedule staff, monitor performance, and assist the branch manager with daily activities and planning.

Financial and compliance tasks:

Process bills, submit reports to the head office, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
