Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Branch Coordinator

to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, supporting staff, coordinating with management, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and coordinate branch operations and activities Assist in planning and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency Support the Branch Manager in administrative and operational tasks Handle internal and external communications, including customer service issues Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor branch inventory, equipment, and supplies Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation Supervise and coordinate with staff to ensure timely task completion Liaise with head office for operational needs and updates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
