Oversee daily preschool operations and ensure a safe learning environment - Manage teaching and non-teaching staff - Implement curriculum and activity planning - Handle admissions, parent counselling, and feedback - Plan events and promotional activities - Maintain student, staff, and fee records - Ensure hygiene, safety, and policy compliance - Coordinate with management for reports and growth Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Post-graduate (Education preferred) - 2-5 years experience in preschool or school administration - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of early childhood education - Basic computer skills
