Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Management:
Handle all dispatch operations for products and materials from the branch.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery to designated locations.
Logistics Coordination:
Oversee logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the branch.
Coordinate with transporters and couriers to streamline operations.
Branch Operations:
Manage day-to-day branch activities in alignment with the guidelines from the Head Office.
Maintain proper records of branch operations and report to the Headquarters regularly.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of stock levels and ensure adequate supplies for branch operations.
Conduct routine checks to avoid discrepancies in inventory.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries and provide assistance related to branch operations.
Resolve any branch-related issues promptly.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies.
Submit timely reports and updates to the Head Office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum qualification: High School or equivalent.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.) are preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience in logistics or branch operations is a plus.
Must be a resident of Assam and familiar with the Paltan Bazaar area.
