Role/ Job Title: Branch Control Support
Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to all branches centrally with regards to branch launch, audit review and branch data support
Roles & Responsibilities:

• New Branch Launch: Handling end to end pre- branch launch and post branch launch activities:
• Co-ordinating with various teams for the timely delivery of all the required items for branch launch.
• Identify branch SPOC to support/handhold for branch launch activities.
• Assisting branch team for the required activities to be done on ongoing basis post launch and ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.
• Handholding of the branch for resolving issues and pending items.
• Following up with various stake holders and ensuring timely triggering of SMS, email and notices on branch relocation.
• Business Support: Support business teams through training of branches in new SOP\'s and applications. Sending necessary communications to branches on time-to-time basis and help in necessary data tabulation as and when required. Reviewing and closure of audit reports.
• Process Improvements and Simplifications: Identification areas of improvements in existing SOPs and new SOPs wherever applicable and coordinate with process team for necessary changes. Identifying areas where new assignments can be taken up for building process, system and design level controls.
• Managing customer escalations: Helping the branch in timely resolution of customer escalations and complaints. To facilitate the resolution for the Escalation received at branches by coordinating with various teams/departments for the resolution.

Education Qualification:
Graduate: BCom (Bachelor in Commerce)/ BA (Bachelor of Arts)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in branch operations
