Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the branch's home loan portfolio. Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in the same field (Home Loan/Banking/NBFC).

Education:

Graduation (any discipline).

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
