Branch Banking Manager - Direct Sales

for Raipur. The role is ideal for candidates from

Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, CASA, Broking, and BFSI sales backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Drive

direct sales

of banking & financial products. Build and manage customer relationships at the branch level. Generate new business through customer acquisition and cross-selling. Meet branch sales targets and ensure revenue growth. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (mandatory), MBA preferred. 2-5 years of experience in

Banking, Finance, Insurance, CASA, or BFSI sales

. Strong knowledge of branch banking operations & direct sales. Good communication and client-handling skills. Target-driven and self-motivated.
