Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews to deepen relationships, address customer inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
Present and promote the range of life insurance products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability based on individual financial goals and risk profiles.
Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer value.
Educate customers on the importance of life insurance and financial planning, empowering them to make informed decisions to protect their families and secure their financial future.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector, incorporating relevant insights into sales practices and customer interactions.
We're looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
