Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch activities and office operations
Supervise staff attendance, work quality, and discipline
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints
Monitor targets, performance, and work progress
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Ensure company rules, processes, and policies are followed
Support management in achieving branch goals
Maintain office records, files, and data
Skills Required:
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Planning and organizing skills
Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
Qualification:
BE,MBA
Experience:
5-10 years in branch operations / administration / management
