Job Description

Role Purpose


To oversee branch administration, ensure smooth workflow across teams, and support business growth through effective coordination and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and monitor branch operations independently. Coordinate with

Technical, Sales, Admin, Data, and Programming teams

for seamless workflow. Supervise

output extraction, evaluation, and reporting

to management. Handle

office administration, compliance, records, and financial controls

. Support branch head in

strategic planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring

. Ensure timely submission of

MIS reports, dashboards, and communication

to management. Drive

discipline, efficiency, and policy adherence

within the branch. Act as the

link between branch and head office

for operational and administrative matters.

Skills Required



Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and reporting ability. Proficiency in

MS Office, data handling, and process monitoring

. Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver timely outputs.

Qualification & Experience



BE / MBA mandatory

5-10 years of relevant experience

in administration, operations, or branch management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
