Branch Admin - Sales

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in sales and marketing within the banking sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Salary Range:

?20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month.

Working Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Location: Irinjalakkuda, Kunnamkulam.

We are seeking a

Sales & Operations Officer

with experience in the

banking sector

to handle

KYC compliance, regulatory updates, sales support, and branch operations

. This role requires a balance of compliance knowledge, sales acumen, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of sales & marketing experience

within the

banking sector

Bachelor's degree (mandatory)

Knowledge of

KYC, SEBI guidelines, and banking compliance

Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to

meet sales targets

and work both independently & in a team

Responsibilities

KYC Updation:

Ensure compliance with KYC regulations; conduct audits for accuracy of records.

Government & SEBI Compliance:

Stay updated with latest rules; implement regulatory changes in operations.

Target Setting & Analysis:

Support management in setting sales/operational targets; analyze performance data.

Sales & Sales Support:

Promote banking products; assist sales team in achieving branch targets.
