Branch Activation ManagerYour role:Manage all regional Trade marketing activations and brand visibility in Modern & Traditional trade for Philips PH business.Responsible for sell-out for ISP and NON-ISP outlets of the region.Closely work with local sales team to realize sales targets at key customers and provides input for local strategies.Managing, training and developing ISPs and merchandiser to perform to its best potentialResponsible for input delivery by an ISP and Merchandiser.Ensuring ranging, listing and assortment as per the segmentation of outlet while close working with KAM.Driving best in class marketing activity regionally`You're the right fit if:Preferably 5+ years of Sell out experience from FMCG / FMCD industryA good understanding of marketing & sales function of reputed brands will be ideal.Have leadership ability to handle and manage a team and getting best out of themGood at planning, strong execution skills/experience, good at data analysis and reporting, strong communication skills, attention to detail, high commitment levels.Should be open to travel.How we work together
