Job Description

Sales & Lead Generation:

Proactively research and identify new potential clients and sales opportunities. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client business goals, needs, and challenges to offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Project & Account Management:

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, product) to ensure client satisfaction. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client briefs and deadlines. Provide ongoing support and address client concerns or problems.

Reporting & Communication:

Report on account progress and campaign updates to clients and management. Document account knowledge and sales activities accurately.

Sales & Negotiation:

Proficient in sales strategies, negotiation, and closing deals.

A deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Organizational & Time Management:

Excellent skills in planning, coordinating, and managing multiple accounts and projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proactiveness & Adaptability:

A strong work ethic, high energy, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced business environments.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.
