Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic
Broker Qualified Person (BQP)
with strong
sales and marketing experience
to promote insurance products, acquire new clients, and provide complete support throughout the policy lifecycle. (IRDAI BQP certification can be completed after joining.)
Key Responsibilities
Pitch Life & General Insurance products to individuals and corporates.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals & marketing activities.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate for policy issuance, renewals & claim support.
Maintain CRM entries and client records accurately.
Qualifications
MBA/BBA in Marketing preferred
Graduates with strong
sales/marketing experience

IRDAI BQP certification (post-selection allowed)
Skills Required
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong marketing, pitching & client-handling ability
Target-driven and self-motivated
Good MS Office & CRM knowledge
